1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") dictates the permitted and prohibited uses of the IPTV Smart Premium platform and services. By accessing our services, you strictly agree to this policy.

2. Account Misuse & Credential Sharing

Your account is strictly personal. Credential sharing is heavily prohibited. Our system monitors simultaneous connections across varying IP addresses. If an account exceeds its permitted concurrent connections or shows signs of credential sharing across multiple households, it will be automatically and permanently suspended without refund.

3. Fraud & Payment Abuse

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against financial fraud. Any attempt to use stolen payment methods, perform fraudulent chargebacks, or manipulate the cryptocurrency payment gateway will result in immediate termination, IP banning, and reporting to relevant legal authorities.

4. Reverse Engineering & Scraping

You may not use any automated tools to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer our platform. This includes:

Using bots or automated scripts to interact with our APIs.
Attempting to extract or download internal M3U playlists, raw stream URLs, or server IP addresses.
Using packet sniffers or network analysis tools to intercept IPTV traffic.

5. Spam & Automated Abuse

Users must not utilize our platform or contact forms to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited promotional materials. Overloading our support servers with automated requests is strictly prohibited.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to strictly enforce this AUP through active monitoring, automated connection termination, and permanent account bans. Violations of this AUP may also result in civil or criminal liability.
