Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

2. Exception for Digital Content

Please note: Since we provide digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, you expressly agree that we begin the performance of the contract immediately upon activation of your subscription. By agreeing to instant delivery, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once you have significantly consumed the service. However, as a courtesy, we offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for technical issues we cannot resolve.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

We will issue a refund under the following conditions:

  • You experience severe technical issues or downtime that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours.
  • You request the refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • Your account has not been banned for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., restreaming).

4. Cryptocurrency Refunds

Because we process payments exclusively via cryptocurrency through Atlos.io:

  • Refunds will be issued in the exact crypto equivalent of the EUR/USD fiat value of your original purchase at the time the refund is processed, to protect both parties from crypto volatility.
  • You must provide a valid wallet address to receive the refund.
  • Network/gas fees incurred during the refund transfer will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. How to Request a Refund

To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a refund, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. The fastest way is to contact our support team via WhatsApp or by emailing [email protected] with your Order ID and the reason for the request.
